How do I add contacts to a circle?

Once you have created your list of contacts or imported them from your web emails contacts, (Click here for steps to import contacts from gmail) you can add each individual contact or you can select a group of contacts and assign them to a "Circle". This feature helps you to organize specific groups of people in your life into circles (i.e.. Church, Work, Family). It facilitates sharing because you are no longer required to manually type each individual's name. By typing only the circle name, the system will automatically populate the list of contacts in the circle and you can edit before hitting the post button.

  1. At the Contact Listing, click on the checkbox next to the email you are choosing or choose "Select all" to assign the entire contact list to a circle.

  2. Click on the drop down menu " Add to a circle" for a list of circles that are available. We have created three default circles called Family, Friends and Work.

  3. Select the circle from the drop down listing. Note that the circle will be displayed next to the email address. You may assign more than 1 circle to a contact.
